Payment Options

Quarterly

Initial Setup + 3 months' subscription payable in advance.

Half-Yearly

Initial Setup + 6 months' subscription payable in advance.

Annual

Initial Setup + 12 months' subscription payable in advance.

Commercial Terms

Implementation & Onboarding is mandatory for every customer and payable before implementation starts.
Cloud Setup & Onboarding is mandatory and covers the initial cloud environment setup and deployment.
Standard cloud infrastructure is included in the applicable subscription package.
Quarterly, half-yearly and annual subscriptions are payable in advance.
Custom development, major integrations and requirements outside the standard package are quoted separately after scope confirmation.
Enterprise pricing is custom and is based on users, branches, companies, modules, transaction volume, integrations, customisation, infrastructure and support requirements.
Applicable taxes are extra as per prevailing regulations.
